Referrals
How to Refer to ChestCare
Referring doctors are welcome to contact Dr Grosser directly by phone or text with the patient’s name and date
Healthlink (CHESTCAR) is the preferred method of receiving referrals directly from the referrer's EMR.
Alternatively, referrals may be submitted via email, fax, or post. For urgent cases, please call to discuss — we will do our best to see your patient within an appropriate and timely timeframe.
Longer consultations are allotted if a complex medical issue or comprehensive medical plan is requested in the referral.
